Not only the most effortless but also the most emotional C5 ever.

Some of the piss-easiest highs I've ever heard.

I don't think so. Perhaps a bit below A2? My guitar's not in tune atm. He slides down a bit, but it's one of those short schrödinger lows.

Stays mainly on G#2, trails a bit lower for a brief moment. Technically, it's throat sung.

He should, regarding that he played in a mediocre Slade cover band.

I just had a listen to both versions of Cum On Feel The Noize (Slade's and Quiet Riot's). I'm so used to the Quiet Riot version, but the original is awesome. Dubrow sounds just like Noddy, but I'd argue that Noddy is the better singer out of the two.

I'd say they are equally impressive. Effortless voices.

I think Holder is actually more comfortable about that range. DuBrow sometimes went off key with his head voice, Holder was just singing in his normal register. Not that anyone cares about registers anymore.

A 1999 acoustic rendition from "The Grimleys" (end credits).

Still sounds great!

OK an old thread, I have just joined site.

What is unique about Noddy Holder's singing is not only that he is hitting these ridiculously high notes, but he manages to make them sound masculine!
