There's a bit in the middle of "Breadfan" where this guy sounds exactly like Geddy Lee.

Yeah, he does sound ridiculous on "Breadfan". When i first heard it, i thought it's a woman singing. Not sure of he's still a ST though, he does sound much more masculine on the latest album, released some years ago. His speaking voice is a very obvious booming baritone, i heard him speaking on a BBC metal documentary.

Not at all, his voice is higher than Halford, but yeah is a lot more lower Nowadays.
