It's safe to say most of the songs on the albums I heard (Rod Stewart Album-Never a Dull Moment) sang to at least A4/B4. There were a handful of C5s and then my memory recalls a C#5 and D5 somewhere. Feel free to confirm those last two for me.

Gasoline Alley had a lot of B4s in it, I saw a performance of it in 1993 where he struggled with it a bit but still hit most of the notes. When he sang the song more recently he did it 1 1/2 steps lower.
