Did a little demo today before going to work. I'm supposed to do an audition soon for a little rock band so I covered one of their song. Not perfect, I forget some of the lyrics and my high notes ( there was a lot of improvisation with my high notes) are a bit strained but hey I'll improve.

But Yeah I had to push my voice un fortunately. But hey, soon I'll have finished my Master Thesis ! FINALLY

Absolutely agreed,( it wasn't intended to be a cover anyway, it was an exercice). I have a lot of trouble to not fall into fry all the time around those notes ( F2/E2). Will continue to work on that. Thanks for giving me your opinion Demi !

Just the chorus of the song Seize the day by Avenged Sevenfold, accapela, I was just working on the song and also on my mixed voice.

Your main things to work on would be pronunciation and not rushing the song and keeping the atmosphere that the original one gives off.

Songs like Never too late are supposed to give off that vibe of sorrow, Adam is a mother fucker when it comes to singing, do it more your own way and experiment with it.

You're slightly off pitch sometimes, your tone is cool, evident potential of course, you're on the path to greatness so it'll take a while Smile

Hey, thanks for the feedback ( and the support) I absolutely agree with everything you said, It'll take a while indeed.
Pronunciation and rushing song are long time issues wih me, indeed.

I'll add that I'm a very different singer ( and person) when I sing with someone else in the same room versus when I'm alone. I lock all my muscle, create a lot more tension than usual. I need to work a lot on the stress management.
