There's some notes in "John Coltrane" that I think top at E♭5. Though the note itself is a bit screamy. Up to you if you actually want to add it or not.
Some low notes at C♯2 from this video. Don't know where it's actually from.

Also, that B♭4 from "The Misfits" was surprisingly awesome.

Found this performance from earlier in Jon's career, before the release of Scatman. As far as I know, these songs were live performance only (EDIT: A few of them were not. There's an album called "Listen to the Scatman" which contains a couple of the songs they performed). I have listed the notes I found, with the song title being in brackets.

15:13 G4 & A4 (Joy Spring)
21:20: Spoken G1 (Scatman & The Misfits) ("I'm the scatMAN")
25:13: F2 (My Funny Valentine)
27:21: A4 (My Funny  Valentine)
30:24: B♭4 (Honeysuckle Rose)
35:42: D2 (Honeysuckle Rose)
48:25: E♭2 (Ain't Misbehavin')
48:40: B♭4 (Ain't Misbehavin')
52:24: C5 (Lady Bird)
54:40: Uh...F1? F2? Strange note, don't know if I would count it. (Lady Bird)
1:00:40 C2 (Well You Needn't)
1:00:45 E5, a very brief one at that. Nothing too significant, but it's there (Well You Needn't)
1:05:19 A4 ('S Wonderful)

EDIT: Found an album that featured a few notes from the performance above called "Listen To The Scatman". These are my finds from that album (+1 random live performance)

A4: "Just Friends", "Makin' Whoopee", "Route 66" Live Yokohama 1995, "Well You Needn't"
G4: "A Foggy Day", "You Stepped Out Of A Dream"
F♯4: "A Foggy Day"
F4: "Have You Met Miss Jones"

A2: "So What"
G2: "You Stepped Out Of A Dream"
F2: "So What"
