The fabulous Richard Wright, keyboardist extraordinaire:

As a member of Pink Floyd from its very inception he was always the musician of the group; the rest being self taught as opposed to Richard's knowledge of jazz harmony.  As a vocalist his voice boasts a mournful, soulful quality and in the early days he was featured on nearly as many songs as Syd.  His vocal presence waned through the years as Gilmour and Waters took the lead but nevertheless his voice can still be heard on classic Floyd tunes such as "Time", "Echoes", and "Stay".
