Mac DeMarco is an indie rock (or self-described 'jizz-jazz') singer-songwriter with a distinctive baritone voice. He has relative ease into the second octave and a solid falsetto range, but he rarely ever edges out of his comfort zone.

Mac's best display of range and versatility, with easy lows down to F♯2 and falsetto wailing up to E5 in the outro. Also notable is his use of vocal layers in the chorus, which are commonly present in most of his songs.
