Known For Vocals:
As an actor and comedian, starring in shows such as "Peep Show" and "That Mitchell and Webb Look". Webb demonstrates ample control of his voice, displaying effortless spoken lows and even some very occasional low singing. His dramatic baritone voice is noticably lower and darker in timbre than his comedy partner, David Mitchell's. Webb has also been known to use falsetto for comedic purposes, such as in sketches like "The Green Clarient". He has performed some singing, such as his duet of "Lady In Red" with comedy partner, David Mitchell. He also performed the "Goodnight Song" on Disney Junior, as well as singing on his infamous techno track "Outrageous", used in the pilot episode of Peep Show, and performing a version of "Ebony And Ivory" ("Gingery And Furry") for a Compare The Market ad campaign. His Ebony and Ivory in particular contained some strong, resonant and extremely dark lower 2nd octave singing.

Is more than 50% of this thread intentionally non-melodic ''notes''?

It is, as he's not really a musician, despite singing on occasion. But well produced notes are well produced notes, and many of his belts are stable and resonant enough that it shouldn't matter that they are in a non-musical context.
