HOW YOU DO DISTORTION SO GOOD! Surprised Lol, you're crazy, and you have an awesome voice. Jesus, just sitting there casually playing bass, and belting some sweet highs.

I have no idea haha, it's kinda always been that way. If you listen to what I posted on the first page of me from 2011, you can hear even though I suck it's very distorted. I think it's just natural for my voice, and I had colic as a baby as well. Thanks for all the positive messages guys. I'm currently swamped with school work but I'll have some really cool stuff for you soon. I have to record 2 songs for some of my final projects so I'm gunna have one hard rocker with some sweet zeppeliny highs, and then a sorta soulful ballad with some nice cornell style lows.

I haven't posted in a long time, I've gotten a lot better since my last post. My high singing has gotten a lot easier and more powerful. I'm currently recording an album with a lot of powerful raspy high singing which I'll post here when it's done. Being Canadian, and a bassist, and a tenor, and a prog musician, I obviously adore Geddy Lee, so here is some Fly By Night! https://www.instagram.com/p/BITXPTTAqWN/

Maybe you're slightly off pitch, but to this day I still remember your whole lotta love cover on soundcloud, it was fucking awesome, the quality could be better though, did you overlay the vocals from the mic or the cam itself?

Ah, I know it's live but you're all over the place with that raspy head voice.

Have you worked on that scince then? I reckon you could do a much better job with Black Rain (I'm nitpicking, the song is hard as shit)

Yea I can, it's one of my favourites to sing. Here are two attempts. Some pitch issues here and there.

The black rain shit is coming, that song is insane to sing.

When you hit them high notes, makes me feel like a crappy tenor T~T, more Led Zeppelin bro!! Since I've been loving you ??? Very Happy

Try getting a cleaner tone without so much rasp.

I gotta say... The rasp is cool here and there, but the way you overuse it gets annoying and makes the notes floaty and a bit flat. Try a more bulky and clean approach (some rasp is cool though). Sort of like a soul singer. You've got a good voice

I realised I haven't posted any clips of me doing some relaxed lower singing so thats what I'll do next. Give you guys a better idea of my voice when I'm not belting up high and raspy.
