Is his whispering truly more interesting than his singing? Confused I think I misunderstood this site.

1. Whispering? Have you ever heard whispering?
2. Who said it was more interesting? Which sung E2 are we passing down because of this "whispered" one?

You'll find a lot of differing opinions here about what should and shouldn't count towards vocal range, and we've long since given up trying to standardise threads too much, but a widely accepted format is to list "sung range" separately from "vocal range" and use italics to differentiate non-sung notes. I tend to be pretty inclusive about "range", so nobody will be surprised that I think that note should be counted, but when even Wanderlust thinks so then you're probably going to find yourself in a minority.

Ellafan, this is your thread so you decide what you consider it is a decent sung note of Adam Lambert. And you have made clear why you aren't counting that note. So I don't have anymore to say about it

Since when does hitting a note with less volume automatically make it whispered? No one said it's "more interesting than his singing" either. We're all still fully in favor of focusing mainly on his more sung notes, but he still hit a controlled E2 in a musical context, and therefore it should be counted as part of his vocal range. Maybe not his melodic range (take a look at any number of other threads on this forum, though, and you'll see plenty of other notes counted in songspoken or parlando contexts), but he proved that the note is in his range by hitting it right there, so that pretty much undermines your entire argument of "I don't think E2 is within his vocal range".

Loads of C5s here, and some weird screechy things that I can't pitch at 1:39 and 2:58

I agree with Wanderlust. That E2 should be added again.

If you listen to other vocalists do notes like that, then listen to Adam's E2, it's quite clear that's it's not only a melodic note, but also sung as well. So I'm agree 100% on this one. I think that E2 should be re-added.

In my opinion it's a spoken note. It reminds me of the journalists on the radio when they try to remark or to do some ironic comment and then they lower the tone and can hit softly a bass note as Adam does in this case. But I'd count it

I could get on board with counting it as a songspoken note yeah. Still should be listed in the thread though.

It is sort of melodic and also sort of spoken: I can accept that it's a borderline case as to whether to count it as part of his sung range (as it was in the previous thread), but excluding it altogether seems rather extreme. Bear in mind it was probably unrehearsed and almost certainly unsoundchecked, and Joe Cotton is talking around the same time in her normal voice, so conditions aren't exactly optimal but he still sounds pretty solid down there. If it's still not counted as a "significant" note, possible alternatives might include either just removing the word "significant" from the low notes list, or listing under a separate heading or with a different colour.

OK I added that!
Here is an amazing clip from the Queen + Adam Lambert tour. I think it's one of his best performances. ☺

You know there's a more practical way of marking that, right?

He has lots of high notes in Queen songs, i think you should add those.
For Starters:

Nice climb to F#5 at 3:36.

You really should look through at least one performance each for his performances with Queen. If you start with the 2014 setlist, you can complement it with the songs they only did in 2012 as well as the ones they(mainly) only did in 2015. These are: Dragon Attack from 2012, Keep Yourself Alive also from 2012, Save Me(as linked previously) from 2015, One Vision from 2015. In one of their shows somewhere in Asia they also did I Was Born to Love You.

It's up to OP how you want to do it, but Adam did some great things with his voice on these tours so I'm sure there are notes worthy of inclusion here.

This is probably the best performance of this song. His belting is just insane.
