I agree, but if Nate Ruess and Bruno Mars aren't high tenors according to this forum then this guy isn't either.

Bruno and MJ should be the same kind of tenor, I think

In the duet he did in Frio Frio with Juan Luis Guerra, he shouts a modal C5-C#5 when he says, "SANTO DOMINGO!". Does that shouted note count?

Also everyday I hear that him and Prince Royce are rivals...about Prince Royce, his voice is deeper than Romeo's. Royce is probably a standard tenor.

Yes, I agree. Romeo's voice is quite unusual. That C5 shouted I wouldn't count it as it's the typical voice addressing to the people in concerts, most of all because he has listed a sung C5
