Steve is a rad singer, it really isn't any wonder that Robert Plant incorporated a bit of his "drunken diction" to his early style.

This isn't the same version I hear on spotify.. but damn. Assuming it's still similar, lots of E5's. It's also actually called 'Up Our Sleeves'. He finally starts singing at 1:24 or so.
