Alan Rickman

Voice Type: Severus Bass
Vocal Range: C♯2-D4

a deep velvety bass voice with rich clarity. Alan is not much of a singer and although his range spans just over two octaves, he has the ability to use his range to his advantage, which when listened to has an enjoyable quality to the ear.

C4 - ('The Sun Ain't Gonna Shine Anymore', 'Pretty Woman')
B3 - ('Pretty Woman')

Significant Low Notes:

A2 - ('Birds And The Trees, Pretty Woman')
G♯2 - ('Just Looking - Stereophonics', 'The Return Of The Native')
G2 - ('Intelligens', 'Pretty Woman', 'Birds And The Trees')
F♯2 - ('Pretty Woman')
F2 - ('Pretty Woman')
E2 - ('Intelligens')
D2 - ('Pretty Woman', 'Birds And The Trees)
C♯2 - ('Pretty Woman')

Would anyone agree that Alan is a bass?

"Pretty Women," plural. Smile

I'd go with bass-baritone.

Ah yes sorry I'll change that soon. I thought bass because he seems to have so much ease hitting his lows, for example 'Birds and the bees'. But I can see how you mean he is bass-baritone, he does have an element of baritone in that voice of his.
