Ok so after listening to it again, I firmly believe that it is a 5th octave scream. He lets out a lot of air when releasing and did this harmonic scream quite a bit in the Hammersmith 1975 live show. Listen to "Lost in the Flood" at that venue. The technique is consistent/similar with the one employed by DLR, Bon Jovi, and Michael Starr.

How on earth could it be a fifth octave note? I've never heard any single case where overtones sounded two octaves above an intended note. Eh

The seventh octave note wasn't a serious post. Nowhere near that.

Anything significant here? Bruce sings backup on the choruses and has a solo on 1:40. Either way, he sounds amazing here, almost like Roy Orbison.
