Seriously it is about a male, B♭3 is nearly the baritone passagio Shocked !!!

Yeah now that you mention it, that having lows start that high does seem bit uneccessary. He just has so few lows, and none of them are really all that low. Perhaps I'll start the lows at E or F until I find more.

E sounds reasonable, I think that's where the 'lower' register generally starts for the majority of conventionally placed male voices.
