I think you might have been pitching the lows an octave off, because I didn't hear much under A3 in there. The highs actually get up to a strong C5 and I think I even hear a short E5 in there!

Yeah sorry, that's a G♯3; not a B♭2.

Sorry for my pitching mistakes. I've failed you all  Sad
Stupid Martin  Banghead Will keep looking for notes. On season 3 now.

If you wanted you could count the C5s and D5s from ''Nightman'' (I think it had B♭4s too, but I didn't pitch it properly)

Edit- you already had them. My mistake.

C♯5s, D5s and I think the last ''TIME CAPSULE'' ends on an F♯5 at the end in the ''Time Capsule Butt Butt'' song from Season 6 episode 8 (start of the episode)

Terrible quality but

Definitely C♯5s and D5s yeah, but I don't hear an F♯5 anywhere. The highest it gets is maybe a quick E♭5/E5.

E♭3, bro. Nothing lower than like F♯3 by Charlie in the rest of it either, though I think I might have actually heard an F2 or something by Mac on one of the "ohhh yeaaaaaaAH"s.

Time Capsule sounds like it very quickly touches an F5 at the end on ''Time''

Ya, I just fucked up everything else. I find his voice really hard to pitch, but I feel like since i'm watching the show I may as well add to the OP too. My bad Wanderlust.  Sad

I actually hear that now, but I could buy it as either a sharp E5 or a flat F5. Leaning towards the latter at the moment, so that's what I'll put it in the OP as for now.

I mean don't get me wrong, I definitely appreciate your efforts regardless, cause you're finding a lot of notes that I didn't actually know about and helping me expand the highs section of the OP. I think what's throwing you off is the fact that his voice is so high that he often ends up lowering his larynx to sing even mid third octave notes, making it sound like he's going low when he's really not. Compare the notes that you've had trouble with to the actual lower third octave notes (and his one sung second octave note) listed in the OP and the difference should be a bit more clear.

Listening back to this, the "day bow bow"s are pretty much all G3s for Charlie and G2s for Mac, though some of them kinda start to sharpen up to G♯s towards the end. The "ohhh yeaaaaaAH" is an E♭3 for Charlie and another G2 for Mac, then the "hello beauuuuutifulllllLL" is a D3 for Charlie. So I guess I was wrong about Mac getting down to F2, which means that Charlie now has the biggest sung range of the characters on It's Always SunnyRock

By the way, how should I list that song in the OP? Cause the actual title of the original song is "Oh Yeah", but they refer to it in the episode as "Day Bow Bow", so idk

That's totally fair. I'd agree with an E5 in that case Very Happy

Cheers man :DI must say It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia is my new favourite show and I've finished all 9 season  now Very Happy
Your right, I hear his lows as lower then they actually are because of how he's producing them. Still my bad with the pitching I should've been more accurate regardless. Still this guy's voice is incredible! Both tonally and range wise.

I'd say list it as  "Day Bow Bow" because people will probably know it better from the episode. :DBut, it's your OP and your decision.

Thanks for adding the notes I collected too. Thumb up Tiphat Cheers

Also if you wanna add them in He has A4s B4s C5s and a D5 from ''I Believe In Charlie Day'' live on SNL Very Happy

Just checked this out. Sounds mostly right, except the B4s are actually B♭4s. I'll go ahead and add it though, yeah.
Starman wrote:Brief C5 at the end of the Pageant Song from Season 7 episode 3
Thanks for pointing this out by the way, because I just checked it and noticed that it has C5s by Dennis, Mac (I think?), and Dee in the backup vocals, which make for good additions to Glenn and Rob's threads. I decided to mark them and any other notes that are sung in harmony or unison as purple, though, cause the characters' singing can blur together at times and make it hard to pick out individual voices as clearly. So any of their harmony pieces like "Motown Philly", "More Than Words", "It's So Hard to Say Goodbye to Yesterday" etc. are purple now, along with anything that multiple characters sing together, like "Birds of War".

If I recall correctly , In a season 9 episode 'called 'The Gang Get Quarantined'' where there all going to audition to open for Boys II Men. Dennis holds and sustains an incredible and light G5 for about 30 seconds. On top of the Dayman C5 and D5s and possible other notes he has. His voice is tonally very nice and bright.

Also, nice job with the colour system to mark out the harmony notes.
