Alright, here's mine:
Best High Singing: Greg Lake "Bitches Crystal"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pD4Y8G8bapA (2:51-3:27)
I know this seems like an odd choice, but I saved Anderson for the other category. Lake here sings at almost the top of his range, getting that raw and powerful effect that he has around there. Not only that, but he doesn't go past his comfort zone, after which he starts to just sound in pain, but instead keeps the intense vocals going. He then dips back down a tad in his high range, before finishing with a few more powerful highs.

Best Vocal Arrangement: Jon Anderson "We Have Heaven"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JXqSQ8ytRis (0:00-1:26)
That's all Anderson. All the vocals in this song are Anderson. What starts off as a few voices chanting a little rhyme and others singing harmonies in the background, evolves into a menagerie of vocals by the end. Anderson's Simon and Garfunkel influences come to light here, I think.

I'll accept that because I should have started a round 3 sign up thread to know better who's in or out. That's a mistake on my part.

Anyways people feel free to score KeithMoonisGod's clips on their own merits regardless (I'll vote myself soon).

Lake- Good singing but I was reaaaaaaaaaaaaaally unimpressed and just didn't get a sense of powerful high singing from this clip 2/5
Anderson- Pretty damn perfect for this category 5/5

Lake: Wasn't a fan of this at all. Didn't care for the tone or delivery, but it fits in fine with the passage. 2/5

Anderson: Yep, saw this coming. That base that he creates for the whole tune becomes very annoying, and nothing he does over it is really that interesting, but still a perfect fit for this category. 3.5/5

Best High Singing: Lake I love this guy's voice, but his high notes are definitely his weakest feature. The overall sound of the higher notes is very "ugly", too raw for my tastes and doesn't fit well with the overall sound. The distortion is quite good though and it's very well controlled. 2/5

Best Vocal Arrangement: Anderson: This is a kind of obvious choice as there are all the elements you need to fit in this category, but this is not my favorite example. If you have used something from Olias of Sunhillow, you'd have nailed this category. 4/5

Best High Singing
Greg Lake: Interesting use of the higher belting. Solid. 3.5/5

Best Vocal Arrangement
Jon Anderson: Nice choice and a great vocal, but a little underwhelming as it gets a little repetitive. 3.5/5

I have to say, I wanted to use Anderson for the highs category (Specifically "Endless Dream"), but I thought "We Have Heaven" fitted the other section better, so I kinda lucked out since my other two didn't really have anything that fits with the two categories.
I wanted to use the fucking powerful B♭4 by Lake from "Karn Evil 9, 3rd Impression", but he doesn't really do anything else "high" around the note, and it didn't last 10 seconds.  Sad

Lake: 2.5/5
It started off well, but then there was quite a bit of down-time in the middle and a little bit more at the end.

Anderson: 4.5/5
While it's a bit repetitive, the backing vocals are pretty diverse throughout the song. It helps keep the song fresh and take your focus off the repeated line in case it's getting on your nerves.

Best High Singing: well i don't really know his voice, sounded pretty cool really souly, also that husky 80 recording make it sound even more agressive. 3/5

Best Vocal Arrangement: cool choice there 4.5/5

Best High Singing
Greg Lake: Like Monocus said, not amazing but good nonetheless. Great sound and a melodic approach to the singing. Belts sound a tad like less technical Macca at places. 3/5

Best Vocal Arrangement
Jon Anderson: Indeed a bit repetitive (kinda like we are on these comments) showcase, but a great showcase of Anderson's songs craft and effective use of singing, plus it suits the mood of the song. Very interesting idea. 3.5/5

Greg Lake- Well the notes aren't really high, but that isn't a proble, the problem is that it didn't sound very intense or powerful to me and not really impressive. Nice tone and good 4th octave singing though, I guess. 3/5

Jon Anderson- Well, that was fantastic. Not many words to describe it, I love how it starts rather simply and gains complexity as it incorporates voices and how odd it's the rhythm of the most prominent vocal. 4,5/5

Lake - Not exactly the best representation of high singing but a cool gritty tone at points. 3.5/5
Anderson - I gotta agree with Sherick that this gets a bit annoying as it progresses but quite cool choral harmonies nonetheless. 3.5/5
