An extremely obscure vocalist off the band Winterhawk, Brown possessed some incredible higher singing skills. There's not much music by him to be found, sadly, and I'm not sure whether he is actually featured on that picture or not.

Warren Douglas Brown was a skilled vocalist and musician. He performed vocals and bass throughout the entire "Revival" record and laid down the lead guitar on "Can't See The Forest For The Trees". You can hear him and Steve Brown sharing the high vox on the live album "There And Back Again".
Doug Brown is not featured in this image. There are, however, a few pictures of him in the CD booklet.
As far as I know, Brown never performed again after the "Revival" record. He died in late 2007.

Could you share a picture or two of him? It's extremely hard to find one...

Sorry for the low quality, but it's all I can do without a computer and a scanner. There are a few more but it's pointless to upload them because they're too tiny (Ugh, I hate CD booklets...)

Thanks a lot, man! I'll add them in the frontpage at some point.
