Best low singing: http://picosong.com/YBzm
While Anselmo is generally known for his booming voice, this is one of the few examples of some of his well controlled low singing, going around G2 at the beginning of the clip and a D2 at the end.

Best vocal climax: http://picosong.com/YBzv
From Maynard's (second) most famous guest appearance, showing a great use of dynamics and some of his higher mid range.

Do we respond with the same two (best low and vocal climax)? Not sure how this works. I shouldn't have signed up. Shocked

You post two clips that fit those categories, yes. Pick a clip by David Bowie, Roy Orbison, or Johnny Cash for  best low singing and vocal climax, but choose a different singer for each. Check out some other examples in the ongoing matches, maybe that will clear things up.
Here's some more info as well:

Seriously, Moland? It isn't hard, you've had a week to figure out what everybody else is doing. I could even have made the clips for you.
Since Sandblasted did actually make clips, and this is point-based, I'll at least give him the courtesy.

Low Singing
Anselmo: Great strong lows. You're right, it is different to actually hear him singing in that register and keeping it tasteful. 4.5/5

Climactic Singing
Keenan: I have a feeling this is one of those where it is more climactic in the context of the entire song, but for Maynard it's a bit more climactic than usual. Well controlled, powerful highs though, with good melodic sense, especially at the beginning. 3.5/5

Anselmo: The impressive parts were few and far between, but they were good. 3.5/5
Keenan: Pretty good, but I've heard better from him. 3/5

We should let people vote on this for a few days after the round's done imo.

Anselmo: Some good singing and solid lows but nothing very impressive 3/5
Maynard: Some powerful belting and while I dug the overall sound, I didn't really get a super climax high feeling, sorry 3/5

Anselmo: Come on, that's a freaking amazing sound. I might be biased, as the song ranks among the absolute best by Pantera, but that's the perfect sound for the track and it sounds so freaking good, menacing even. 5/5
Keenan: Everything I expected from Keenan. This one doesn't really 'grow to its fullest' but it is a great demonstration of Maynard's powerful voice at the very least. 3/5

Oh come on Molandfreak, such a pity that you didn't participate... You got such an amazing team... But whatever, let's rate Sandblasted's clips.

Phil Anselmo - Best Low Singing: Really tasteful low singing, the timbre and diction reminds me of Eddie Vedder a bit. 4/5

Maynard James Keenan - Best Vocal Climax: As much as it sounds great as your usual singing by Maynard, this doesn't sound much "climatic" at all. Great tone as well. 3/5

Climactic Singing

Don't do this. Facepalm

ALSO GUYS PLEASE READ THIS:
I realize Molandfreak missed the deadline but we need to get a proper tally of the votes Sandblasted would've received anyways so if you have not yet voted in this thread please do so.

Low singing
Anselmo: Always dug Anselmo's tone here, even if the D2 is kind of underwhelming given how big some of his other notes in that area sound. Regardless this is quite a cool clip, and very appropriate for this category. 4/5

Vocal climax
Keenan: Didn't really strike me as that climactic, but his tone is really good here and I do like the shift from soft singing to the more intense latter half. 3/5
