I don't think so.

Femenine bands have no low tenors, and it is impossible for them to be tenors because tenor is masculine and femenine bands are female.

Methinks Ringo was decided to be more of an SB, which seems right to me.

Queen:
Freddie Mercury: Low Tenor
Roger Meddows-Taylor: Tenor
Brian May: Low Tenor
John Deacon: Low Tenor

T. Rex:
Mark Bolan: High Baritone
Mickey Finn: Low Tenor?
Steve Currie: who knows?
Bill Legend: Low Tenor?

Can Roger Waters be a mid-high tenor? He may be because he uses falsetto like The Bee Gees.
