Andre Van Duin

Post  bradphone on Tue Dec 03, 2013 9:56 pm

Andre Van Duin:

Voice Type: Tenor.
Vocal Range: D2-B4 (for now)

Significant High Notes:
B4("Pizza Lied")
Bb4("Sambaballen Samba")
A4("Barbecue")
G4("Balletjes Van De Koningin". "Er Staat Een Paard In De Gang", "Hele Grote Bloemkolen")
F#4("Bim Bam", "Er Staat Een Paard In De Gang")

Significant Low Notes:
C3("File")
B2("Willempie")
A2("Pizza Lied", "Joep Meloen")
Ab2("Sambaballen Samba", "Als De Zon Schijnt")
Eb2("Hele Grote Bloemkolen")
D2("Bim Bam")

I was expecting some range on him, but i didnt expect him to have almost 3 octaves in Full voice to be honest.
Its really sad that he is overlooked as a singer, because in my opinion he is as good of a singer as he is a comedian Smile
His lows are very strong!

(And i`m pretty sure that on his shows, he`ll go even lower ánd higher, so i`m going to check those out soon)

You should stop using the term "full voice".

I would rather use "connected" than "full", but now in TRP notes being full or connected isn't very important, it's the quality of the note that matters.

Chest voice makes more sense to me.

It almost sounds like falsetto, but then that support comes in.

Honestly, i doubt that he's using anything other than his falsetto for that note...

I thought I heard support about halfway in, but I could be wrong.

It starts as chest/mixed voice then goes to falsetto
