There is a "work in progress" section literally centimeters from where you decided to post.

Still not sure on voice type.

I'm not sure what would be a better classification of Lee Evans' voice type. If you guy want to here are the songs I've recorded notes from:

Philosophy On Life - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oq4BDdyBH-8
Land Of Your Forefathers - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GN9fQOZ4Y_0
Three Second Memory - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ctTALlB7pHE
Funny Man/9 Times Out of Ten - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PcWYG26HCHA
Suicide Song* -http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yATJJ_6v0i4

I don't know if the G5 at the start could be considered a modal note and I don't know if that part could actually classified as the beginning of the song.

What do you mean? It is in the 'Work In Progress' section?

It wasn't originally, so I moved it.

Keep in mind in future that any thread you consider "unfinished" belongs in this subforum and NOT the regular "Range Stuff" forum as back in TRP1 it was prone to having poorly researched threads (which is still technically a problem if check the oldest pages of "Range Stuff"), so this subforum (WIP threads) is a nice alternative so you can work on threads gradually until they're considered finished.

Some help on the thread:

Use the format

G5 ("Suicide Song") instead of:

G5 - ('Suicide Song')

also use ♭ and ♯ instead of b and #

Ok, my apologies - I'm still new here.

Ah yes, I've made a slight error, I'll just change that now.

You don't really need to have Vocal Range in the thread title. That's what the Range Stuff/Work In Progress Threads sub-forum is for.
