Glen Campbell

Post  bradphone on Tue Oct 15, 2013 10:10 pm

Glen Campbell.

Voice Type: Tenor
Vocal Range: F2-C5(D5)

High Notes:
D5("Blowin In The Wind")
C5("Thank You", "Rock a doodle")
Bb4("I Guess I`m Dumb")
A4 ("Galveston", "God Only Knows")
G♯4 ("Better Place", "Bridge Over Troubled Water")
G4 ("People Get Ready", "Lean On Me", "Walk The Line", "Sittin On The Dock Of The Bay", "Rhinestone Cowboy")

Low Notes:

C♯3 ("Ghost On The Canvas")
C3 ("What A Wonderful World", "Wichita Lineman", "Galveston")
B2 ("Lean On Me")
A2 ("Walk The Line")
G2 ("Rhinestone Cowboy")
F2("Folsom Prison Blues"

Really sad that he has got alzheimers disease. great singer, and very charismatic.
On his last tour he still had his great voice intact, he has great strong 4th octave notes. His voice has a very nice timbre.

Too bad your threads are fucking terrible!  For christ-sake man!  Thanks for making a Glen Cambell thread but seriously, how long have you been on this forum again?  I really have nothing against you and i'm sorry to be such a condescending dick but you deserve it man!  You are BETTER than this..  Durrr

C#3("Ghost on the canvas")
C3{"What a wonderful world""Wichita Lineman""Galveston")
B2("Lean On Me")
A2("Walk The Line")
G2("Rhinestone Cowboy")

WHAT KINDA MISTAKE IS THAT?!

Spoiler:
Just go on one of the proper threads on the forum, copy and paste it, then edit in all of the stuff for your guy. That's what i've always done.

I didn`t see that mistake until now, thanks for pointing it out. But you could`ve done it a bit more easy on me..

No I couldn't of! You have been on this forum forever, you know you should be able to make threads without even thinking about it. You are also forgetting ("song","song", "song") rather than ("song""Song"song") I am pretty sure you are allowed to make threads however you want but this is just a simple fix you could do to make it look like everyone else's.

LOL Celice, that's the ultimate fail. I guess I was trying to type how my accent sounds when saying it hahaha. At least my threads don't have that though!

That's the first time i've seen A#4 written as that in a long time. I'm so used to Bb4.

I'm not good at pitching spoken parts but I think he speaks an A2 about 0:42 ("Yeah"). Sung Bb4s and D5s.

Iirc, he's got some sung highs when he starred in the Don Bluth film Rockadoodle.

C5 right off the bat at 2:08. You could watch the film for notes, or you could be lazy and just look up the songs from the soundtrack on YouTube, your choice.
