Guess it's done. What do you guys think?
Good to see the good old Papa thread moving out of WiP, finally. Just fix the vocal range and it's set Thumb up

Just finished notewatching this lovely lady's two albums. I believe it should all be up to speed. http://therangeplace.forummotions.com/t4656-hindi-zahra#143238

I believe this thread is set, if you may:

In fact, it's been set for quite a while. I've just been an impossible perfectionist with it.

this thread is ready enough I think, despite me not bothering to list the backing notes as backing notes. I did my best to remember some of them. http://therangeplace.forummotions.com/t4486-jun-yomi-chiba#138196

Yngwie J Malmsteen

Post  Clem on Mon May 23, 2016 1:32 am

Not a whole bunch of notes, since he's more of a guitarist than a vocalist. But I've notewatched his whole discography as listed by wikipedia up to the present day. 3 octaves of sung range ain't too shabby I suppose. http://therangeplace.forummotions.com/t1772-yngwie-j-malmsteen#63215

If we add the italics definition at the bottom (I know the TRP regulars all know that italics normally means non-sung, but visitors might not) then I'd say it's fine for Range Stuff.

Tomi Joutsen

Post  Clem on Fri May 27, 2016 4:16 am

After about 3 years I finally got around to finishing my Tomi Joutsen thread. All six of the albums he performed vocals on with Amorphis from 2006 to the present day have been notewatched, with the exception of a couple of pesky tracks that aren't on Youtube. Should they be re-uploaded I can always add them in. I think it should all be in order http://therangeplace.forummotions.com/t1797-tomi-joutsen#64929

In the jacoby shaddix thread I noticed that :
Sung Range: F2-B♭5
Total Range: G2-B♭5

Is that normal ?

Laughing I think you might have the "sung" and "total" the wrong way round there, CracK.

Paris Hilton

Post  Clem on Tue Jun 07, 2016 9:23 am

I've had my Paris Hilton thread finished for a while now. Notewatched her album, the few loose singles she has also released and the soundtrack of Repo, which is all the material she has at this time. http://therangeplace.forummotions.com/t4475-paris-hilton?highlight=paris+hilton

Hm, it seems there are very few songs that appear multiple times, which is a bit odd. Are you saying that the listed pitches are that exclusive to each song?

Well she's only got 1 album, a movie-musical soundtrack (and not every song featured her) and a handful of loose singles in her discography. But all of the instances of multiple notes from the same songs are significantly different enough to justify their inclusion, such as one being a sustained chest belt and another being a falsetto note or a very brief passing note.

He's wondering the complete opposite of what you replied to.
