Charly García is perhaps the biggest name in the Argentinian Rock scene. He played with some of the most famous bands of the country such as Sui Generis, La Máquina de Hacer Pájaros and Serú Girán, also having a very large discography. He is also a very talented musician.

For now, I've gone through 3 Sui Generis albums, the two La Máquina albums, one Seru Girán album and one solo album. His 94 "La Hija de La Lágrima" album shows a very drastic difference compared to his 70s albums in his voice (something completely understandable based on his aging and all the excesses he went through during his career). A weird feat is that he has no second octave notes in his earlier output (some D3s as his then-lowest sung notes) and a lot of higher notes, while in 94 he has more lows (even a solid D2!) and almost no high notes (La Hija has only one A4!)

Now seriously, stop derailing this thread with all the Spanish speaking FFS!
We're meant to be speaking English here.

Jajaja

But now, speaking seriously, do you think the dates in the OP make it looks messy? I put those to explain his drastic change of voice, but if they make the thread a blur, I'll take them off.

How about taking them off and putting them into a little text in the OP where you explain what his voice did sound like in the 70s and what it sounds like in 90s?

Nice then.

And, Maxim, that would be "Clasificaciones vocales". Noun first, adjective later. *coffee*
